Namrata is a certified life and leadership coach, technologist, and poet dedicated to helping people live with clarity, courage, and joy. She brings decades of experience in technology and transformation to her coaching practice, guiding clients through mindset change, personal growth, and leadership development.
Her belief in divine timing and the rhythm of life was shaped by her father’s extraordinary 11-year battle with a brain injury. Even when he could no longer walk, talk, or eat, his passion for life burned bright. Her father, her greatest teacher gifted Namrata her life’s philosophy — to help others rise above the mind’s limits, find beauty in their climb, and live a lifetime in every day.
Through NamzCo and U R Unlimited, Namrata helps clients align logic with intuition and purpose with performance — transforming how they lead, love, and live everyday.

Smitha is the creative engine of U R Unlimited — a UX designer and visual storyteller who brings transformation to life through design and experience. A passion for nature and endless courage fueled Smitha as she summited Everest Base Camp. Smitha knows firsthand what it means to face challenge, embrace discomfort, and keep moving upward.
As the creative partner, Smitha merges her design expertise with a passion for human experience. She turns insight into impact — shaping visuals, workshops, and digital experiences that empower people to imagine more, believe more, and create more.
Her work reflects the heart of U R Unlimited: to show that creativity and growth are not separate paths, but one continuous climb toward becoming your best self.
